Christine ‘Chrissy’ Wyndham Woodroffe

I am an emerging artist based on the North Wales coast.

I work from my home studio where I love to create different types of art and craft. I don't have a big, meaningful mission but I do like to create joy in my life through my art and like to share it with everyone.

My work is guided by emotion rather than observation; I paint what I feel rather than what I see.

Using bold colour and loose, expressive mark-making, I explore semi-realistic subjects inspired by my cats and wildlife such as owls and foxes. I also have an interest in mythical and fairytale figures.
